“our” or “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9448953 and VAT

Your Status
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, you are at least 18 years old, you will be
financially responsible for all of your use of and through this Site.

You agree that the travel services facilities of this website shall be used only to make legitimate
reservations, enquiries or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally
authorised to act.

You acknowledge and understand that overuse or abuse of the Services may result in you being
denied access.

You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you
elect to deal, including but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all
rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products or services.

You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in
cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, being denied access to any flights, hotels or
automobiles, forfeiting any monies paid for reservation(s) or purchase and you shall be completely
responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this Site
including without limitation any fares or the costs of products or services provided by suppliers with
whom you contract via this Site.

Our Services
We provide travel data services, and search facility platforms. Our prices are clearly discussed prior
to any agreement or clearly displayed on our webpages.

Our search facilities offer cached data and flat file holiday information in a search or special offer
facility. Whilst we try to rectify issues immediately we cannot be held accountable for any errors,
mistakes by the suppliers.

We do not operate as a travel agent. We operate as a travel technology agency. The resulting legal
contract in respect of any bookings or enquiries made through your Site is between you and the
customer.

The agent may decline any offers made through the Site. No warranties, promises or representation
are given as to availability or guarantee of business.

We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from third party sellers or from
companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality and
any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely. This DISCLAIMER does not affect your
statutory rights against the third party seller. 

Should you need to cancel or amend a booking, charges will generally be payable. The amount of
such charges varies. Please check the advertiser and/or supplier’s terms and conditions.

Travel Guide Disclaimer
Although most travel is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve
greater risk than others. We urge passengers to review any travel prohibitions, warnings,
announcements and advisories issued by The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Travel Advice Unit
prior to booking travel to international destinations.

Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with can be found
at www.fco.gov.uk/travel. We recommend your consult your GP for any medical advice regarding
your journey.

By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, Sunshine Technology Limited does
not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk and is not liable for
damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.

Our Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we, and/or our providers or
distributors, be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or
other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on the Site, or your downloading of
any materials, data, text, images or other information from the Site.

In no event shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any injury, loss, claim,
damage, or any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential, damages of any kind
(including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict
liability, or otherwise, that arise out of or are in any way connected with the use, or the inability to
use, the Site or the Services or materials on the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages.

All content on this website (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital
downloads, data compilations and software) is our exclusive property or that of our content
suppliers and advertisers and is unless specifically stated otherwise, protected by copyright or
similar ownership rights.

It is published by us and may not be reproduced other than by downloading and viewing on a single
computer and/or printing a single hard copy, for private purposes only. All rights are reserved.

We do not hold or store any of your personal information. Any data you have sent to us or added to

rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

We are not liable or responsible for the third party content on the Site and in the Services.

parties, these links and resources are provided for your information only and you access them at

If you are unhappy with any arrangements you have purchased you should address your complaint
directly to that advertiser.

Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our
obligations under any contract arising with you as a result of you using this Site that is caused by
events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our
reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat
of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion,
storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of the use of
railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport,
impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks, the acts, decrees,
legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force
Majeure Event continues.

Law and Jurisdiction
We are an English registered company. Our business and the services we offer are governed
exclusively by the applicable laws of England and Wales. Access to this website is conditional on your
agreement that all information contained in it and all matters which arise between you and us will
be governed by English law.
Any dispute arising from, or related to, the use of any Services or in respect of any Contract arising
between you and us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability
If any of these terms and Conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid,
unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be
severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the
fullest extent permitted by law.
