Effective 1 st October 2023
This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets forth a commitment and description of practices
related to personal data privacy and security of Sunshine Technology Limited and its successors,
parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies or other companies under a common control
that we may have now or in the future operate (“Sunshine Technology Limited,” “we,” “our” “the
company” or “us”).
This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the personal
information you decide to share in connection with the site. As used in this Privacy Policy, the term
“Site” includes all websites and all devices or applications that collect personal information from you
that we may have now or in the future operate that link to this Privacy Policy, web pages within each
such website, device or application, any equivalent, mirror, replacement, substitute or backup
website, device or application and web pages that are associated with each such website, device or
application. This Privacy Policy applies to the site and all related products and services we offer on
the site (together with the site, the “service”).
By using or accessing the service, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
In addition to this Privacy Policy, we have established Terms & Conditions that set forth the general
rules and policies governing your use of the Service.
The Information We Collect and How We Use It.
You do not need to provide any personal information to visit public sections of the site. The service is
available free of charge only to registered users. In order to register, you must provide certain
registration information, such as first and last name, email address, user name and an account
password, which we may use to provide you with notifications about the service or new products
and services we make available. We may also contact you, including by email, with respect to any
transaction you enter into with us. In addition, we may collect the following types of information:
 Automatically Logged Information: When you access the site, our server’s automatically
record information that your browser sends whenever you visit any website and our
analytics platform may capture additional information about your use of the site. This
information may include information such as your IP address, browser type, internet service
provider (ISP), date/time stamp and GPS data. We use this information to analyse trends,
administer the service, track user’s movements around the site and gather demographic
information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically collected data
to personally identifiable information.
 Cookies: Cookies and other user tracking devices (e.g. local shared objects) may be stored on
your computer when you visit the Site. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s
computer for record keeping purposes. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are
logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. We do not currently
use but may in the future use persistent cookies to improve our Service, including by storing

user preferences and tracking user trends. We also use cookies in our advertising services to
help advertisers and publishers serve and manage ads across the web. We or our third party
ad servers may set a cookie in your browser when you visit a website or click on an ad
supported by our advertising services. While most browsers are set to accept cookies and
other tracking devices by default, you are always free to decline our cookies if your browser
permits, but some parts of the Service may not work properly if you do. Your browser
manufacturer has information on changing the default setting for your specific browser. This
Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Sunshine Technology Limited but does not cover
the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of our advertisers.
 User Communications: When you send email or other communications to us, we may retain
those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and
improve the Service.
 When you use the mobile versions of our site, we may collect the unique device identifier
assigned to that device by phone makers, carriers or makers of the operating system (the
“Device ID”). Device IDs allow app developers, advertisers and others to uniquely identify
your device for purposes of storing application preferences and other data. We may use
your Device ID for security purposes.
By using the Service, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in
the United Kingdom. The servers that make the service available worldwide are located in the United
Kingdom. Please note that any information you provide will be transferred to the United Kingdom
and by using the service or providing us your personal information, you authorise this transfer.

disclosed above, you may be allowed to upload personal documents and other information to the
site. The documents and other information that you upload may include personally identifiable or
other personal information. We are not responsible for the information you choose to upload to the
Site.

We may share aggregate, non-personal information that does not identify you individually with third
parties.
Due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we cannot represent, warrant or guarantee
that communications between you and us, or personal information stored on our servers, will be
free from unauthorised access by third parties, loss, misuse or alterations. Sunshine Technology

material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email or through notice on our home
page. We encourage you to refer to this Privacy Policy on an on-going basis so that you understand
our then-current privacy policy.
